So excited to share with you all this cool time-lapse video I've made. Thanks to my teacher, Bridget Hall, I've been studying this vinyasa series that you will get to enjoy when you come to take my vinyasa class!
Not only that, now that I have my Youtube channel up and running and a slight grip on editing my video, I'll be able to give you VIRTUAL LESSONS! (Something my students have been requesting for years!)
